1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to RocketReel. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RocketReel's website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

RocketReel is operated by RocketReel ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RocketReel.

2. Service Description

RocketReel is an automated content creation service that:

• Analyzes your gameplay replay files to identify highlight-worthy moments
• Generates social media-optimized video clips from your gameplay
• Uploads video content to your connected social media accounts
• Provides tools for managing your content creation workflow

The Service requires you to connect your social media accounts and authorize RocketReel to post content on your behalf. Depending on your settings and the platform, videos may be posted as drafts for review or published directly.

3. Eligibility

To use RocketReel, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (or 16 if located in the European Economic Area)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
• Have valid social media account(s) in good standing on supported platforms
• Own or have rights to the gameplay content you upload

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Creation

To use the Service, you must create an account and connect your TikTok account through our secure OAuth integration. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and current
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

4.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

4.3 Social Media Account Connection

By connecting your social media accounts, you authorize RocketReel to:

• Access basic account information (username, profile, user ID)
• Upload video content to your accounts
• Publish videos based on your preferences and platform capabilities

You can revoke this authorization at any time through the platform's settings or by contacting us at help@rocketreel.app.

5. User Obligations and Acceptable Use

5.1 Compliance with Laws and Policies

You agree to:

• Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws
• Follow the Terms of Service and Community Guidelines of platforms you use
• Comply with the Terms of Service and EULA of games you play
• Provide accurate information when using the Service
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes

5.2 Content Ownership

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to all content you upload or create through the Service
• Your gameplay content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• You have all necessary permissions to use any usernames, logos, or other identifiers in your content
• Your content complies with the content policies of platforms where you publish

5.3 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
• Upload content you do not own or have rights to use
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Violate any third-party rights (copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity)
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts
• Use the Service to spam or send unsolicited communications
• Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions or free trials

6. Content and Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to your gameplay content and videos. By using the Service, you grant RocketReel a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to:

• Process your replay files to generate highlight videos
• Store your content temporarily for service delivery
• Upload your videos to your TikTok account on your behalf
• Use aggregated, anonymized data for analytics and service improvement

This license terminates when you delete your content or account, except for content that has been shared publicly on TikTok.

6.2 RocketReel Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, algorithms, designs, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is owned by RocketReel and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works
• Use RocketReel trademarks without written permission
• Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices

6.3 Third-Party Intellectual Property

Rocket League is owned by Psyonix LLC and Epic Games. TikTok is owned by ByteDance Ltd. RocketReel is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Psyonix, Epic Games, or TikTok.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

7.1 Pricing

RocketReel offers various subscription plans and pricing tiers. Current pricing is displayed on our website and may be changed with reasonable notice.

7.2 Billing

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

7.3 Free Trials

Free trials may be offered for new users. After the trial period ends, you will be automatically charged unless you cancel before the trial expires.

7.4 Refunds

Payments are generally non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion. Contact help@rocketreel.app for refund requests.

7.5 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

8. Service Modifications and Termination

8.1 Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time
• Change features, functionality, or pricing with reasonable notice
• Impose usage limits or restrictions

We will provide notice of material changes when reasonably possible.

8.2 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at help@rocketreel.app. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 90 days as described in our Privacy Policy.

8.3 Termination by RocketReel

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse the Service or other users
• Fail to pay applicable fees
• Create risk or legal liability for RocketReel

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, but these Terms will continue to apply to your prior use.

9. Disclaimers and Warranties

9.1 "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE"

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or quality of content or results

9.2 No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee that:

• Your videos will gain views, engagement, or go viral
• TikTok will accept or promote your content
• The Service will identify all highlights from your gameplay
• Generated content will meet your expectations or requirements

9.3 Third-Party Services

The Service depends on third-party platforms over which we have no control. We are not responsible for:

• Changes to third-party platform APIs, policies, or terms
• Account suspensions or content removals by third parties
• Game updates that affect replay compatibility
• Downtime or issues with third-party services

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

ROCKETREEL AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Loss of goodwill or reputation
• Business interruption
• Cost of substitute services
• Damages arising from use or inability to use the Service
• Damages arising from unauthorized access to your account
• Damages arising from third-party content or conduct

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ROCKETREEL IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR AUD $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RocketReel and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights (including intellectual property rights)
• Your content or conduct
• Your violation of applicable laws or regulations

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12.2 Jurisdiction

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of New South Wales, Australia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

12.3 Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at help@rocketreel.app to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will work with you in good faith to reach a resolution.

13. General Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RocketReel regarding the Service.

13.2 Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We may notify you of material changes via email or prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13.4 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

13.5 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

13.6 Force Majeure

RocketReel shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or failures of third-party services.

13.7 Survival

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) shall survive termination of these Terms.
